The after hours entrance is located on the church side of the hotel and can be opened with your room key-card.

Our reception desk is open from 7 am to 11 pm daily. Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
For arrivals after 8pm we kindly request you to inform our reception.
Please vacate the room on your day of departure by 11.00 noon.

If you would like to book a babysitter, please contact our reception desk.

The hotel’s own bathrobes and towels for the spa area are at your disposal in the closet of your room. We wash many unused towels in the hotel every day. This pollutes our waters with enormous quantities of detergent. As a service to Nature, please decide if some towels could be used more than once. Please leave the towels that you want to have washed in the bath tub. Our employees will then know which towels to change. We are sure you also want to help contribute to a healthy environment. Please do so, by re-using some of your towels more than once.

Our breakfast buffet is served from 7 to 11 am. You can reach our breakfast room through the restaurant.

Would you like to have breakfast in the comfort of your room? This is possible for a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per day. Please mark your wishes on our breakfast menu and hand them in at reception by 23:00 the evening before.

Our in-house butcher’s offers homemade canned specialties alongside a wide selection of fresh sausages and fresh meats, also. Please also see the product list in the hotel information folder in your room.

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellation fees are in accordance with your booking agreement. Please note that cancellation fees are per booked day and may vary.

The bedclothes are changed every 4 days in your room. If you prefer, we can also change the bedclothes daily for an extra charge of € 1.00 per person and per day.

Parish church: Saturdays at 7 pm and Sundays at 10:30 am.
Protestant Alpine chapel: Sundays at 11 am.

Representative facilities provide the perfect setting for your seminars and conferences. A screen, flipchart, overhead projector and pin board are part of the standard equipment in our meeting rooms. A computer projector is available for a fee. If you are interested in a special conference package, please send us your details so we may provide an individual offer designed to meet your requirements.

We ask you to be considerate of other guests in our hotel. Dogs / pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the spa area. The fee for the stay of your dog / pet can be found in our valid price list.

As a hotel guest, you have the option to enjoy a daily 4-course á la carte dinner as part of our half-board package or choose to dine á la carte instead.

Our hotel bar, Leonardo's, is located in the lobby of the hotel restaurant and is recommended for your pre-dinner aperitif or for a fun evening. Watch your favourite sports broadcast live and up close on Sky on our flat screen TV.

The hotel entrance by the reception desk is open from 7 am to 11 pm. Your guest card opens the main access door. Please take the card with you if you go out at night, since the hotel is closed at night. Please also note that the elevator used to access the reception desk and the garage does not operate at night.

For your hotel bill, we accept payments in cash, travellers’ checks, EC bank card and various credit cards.

Our kiosk situated on the ground floor offers a great variety of hygiene articles.

A coin operated infrared sauna for up to two persons is located at the first basement, next to the fitness room. Coins are obtainable at the front desk, twenty minutes for € 8,00.

Open daily from 7am until 11pm. Warm meals are served from 12 noon until 1:45pm and from 6pm until 8:45pm. Snack menu is available from 1:45pm until 6pm and from 9pm until 9:45pm. Please call extension 9 to make a table reservation

The key card for your room also opens the main hotel entrance at night, and enables access to the swimming pool, fitness room, the garage and the ski storage room. Please always make sure you take the key card with you when you go out at night, since the hotel closes at night. Make sure not to keep the key card together with your cell phone, as it may discharge otherwise. On the day of your departure your card will be automatically blocked from 12 noon. Please hand over the key card to the reception desk on your departure.

All meals presented on our menu card can also be served in your room. Hot meals from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. From 2 to 5:30pm and from 9 to 11 pm you can choose from our snack menu which also offers a choice of warm dishes. Room service drinks are available for the restaurant price from 7 am to 11 pm.

Skiing and tobogganing are especially fun on the local mountain that lies directly behind the hotel. Guests can use the ski lifts there for free. Please ask at our reception desk for more information.

We offer a washing and ironing service. We deliver clothes received by 9 am on the same afternoon by 5 pm washed and ironed. If you only require ironing alone, this can be done within one hour during the laundry operation times. You will find a laundry bag in your closet with a list in which you can enter the different garments to be washed.

If you travel with a mobile device, we offer personal Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. Your account password for secure log-in is available at our reception desk. Wi-Fi reception is not guaranteed in the hotel restaurant.
