How to get to Reit im Winkl?

By car:

From Munich take the motorway from Munich to Salzburg (A8), exit at Grabenstätt, continue on the new Deutschen Alpenstraße (B 305) towards Reit im Winkl (27 km). From Salzburg take the motorway and exit at Traunstein / Ruhpolding after 99.7 kilometers and then continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl.

By train and bus:

• Several bus connections per day between the train station Prien am Chiemsee and Reit im Winkl, 33 kilometers, 55 minutes journey time;
• Bus connection several times a day to Ruhpolding (23 km), Berchtesgaden (60 km);
• daily to Kitzbühel and Kufstein in Tyrol with the Austrian Postbus
